Rules to live by to stay in shape
Diets don't work, meals plans do
Cheat on one thing not a whole day
Never workout on a empty stomach
Carbs before workout, protein after (30-1hr)
Unless your stomach is flat, don't do crunches
Workout large muscle group separate from small muscle groups
Keep back straight, stomach tight at all times not just when you workout
Workout at least 5 times a week
Never do 1hr cardio post workout
Never consume more than 50 grams of protein per day
Here is a meal plan guide:
Within 30 min to 1 hour eat something high in carbs
Have a mid morning snack like a piece of fruit with yogurt
Lunch is salad with protein
Mid afternoon snack 2 pieces of string cheese
Dinner is sandwich with protein use wheat bread, no mayo too fattening, use mustard
If still up, have a late night snack something like cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons
Everything have within 3 hours, keep it simple and save money! Keep your health!
God bless,

Peace to all the members as well as my crew TBB.
ReplyDeleteMy testimony of my journey Through HipHop Hasn't been all peaches and cream.
Lets see I started Breakin in the fall of 1996. I knew about HipHop when I was younger due to my
uncle Dan. I say 1986 when I was staying in the winery apts. on the south east side of Fresno, Ca.
I think shoes played a big part first My uncle use to have pumas and I still remember putting them on when he wasn't looking. I never had a older brother So he was that figure for me. He would put on records like llcoolj, Beastieboys, ect.. He would lip sync to them I think everyone in there life did that I would ask him "hey unc can I come and your room and watch you? I would just observe his stance and performing. It was dope So I'm thankful for him That's what gave me my direction. But Back to 1996 sorry "flashback". I joined a crew called climax which is international and is still going strong. I use to practice in these apts where we were living. It was rock cement but, I would put cardboard on the rocks. Then tile on top. I was set I would get loose I pretty much taught myself back then I picked up what I seen first which was footwork and uprocking cause i knew how to dance already. I wasn't against power moves I was just drawn to more of the style of bboyin. I had seen some footage of bboysummit thats what really got me going seen the past and the present Rock Steady. After a few months I dropped out of climax and joined up with a crew called O.A.C in the summer of 1997. But I started hearing to many put downs and took to many shutdowns. Sad to saysome were even crew members which pissed me off. I thought it was about love and peace. After a while I got tired of there shit and eventually we started up loonacy in 1999. This is where I had establised my moves and finnese.
By 2001 I was done hung up the towel. Then came back in 06 -07 Now im just focused and ignoring any negativity. Just a little story I wanted to share.....
Peace!!!!!!!!
